- Performance Part offers a Limited Warranty to entire products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of 90 days whichever occurs from the original date of delivery of the good.
- The warranty is not transferable, is valid to the original purchaser, and is limited to the replacement of defective products only.
- This Limited Warranty does not cover labor, damage from accidents, alterations, misuse, or modifications not intended by the manufacturer, and other expenses such as towing loading fluids, oils, or car rentals.
- All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Performance Part for inspection and approval.
- No exchanges will be made for any product that has been damaged, misused, or improperly installed. We always recommend professional installation of our products.
- The buyer assumes the risk of damage caused by improper installation.
